WhatsApp connects after you choose a plan
During the trial you add your knowledge and test your assistant on the web. Connecting your WhatsApp number unlocks with a paid plan.
What happens at the limit
The allowance measures AI work, so the number of conversations is an estimate. A weekly limit keeps one busy week from using up the month. When it runs out, new conversations go to your team until it resets (every Monday and on the 1st of each month, 00:00 UTC), or you can move to a larger plan.
WhatsApp fees are Meta's
Meta bills its WhatsApp messaging fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account. We don't add anything to them.
Cancel anytime
A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Our Refund Policy explains when a payment is refunded, for example in full within 5 hours if you haven't used Galdrik yet.

How does Galdrik connect to WhatsApp?
Galdrik works with a WhatsApp Business number. During the free trial you set up and test your assistant on the web; connecting your number unlocks once you choose a plan. Meta bills its WhatsApp messaging fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account.
Does the AI send replies on its own?
You choose. On plans with automated replies the AI can answer on its own or wait for your approval; on the others it drafts each reply and your team approves and sends it.
How do I get started?
Start a free trial when sign-up is open, or log in if your team already has a workspace. Then add your business knowledge, test the assistant on the web, invite your team and connect your WhatsApp number when you choose a plan.
